About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team at San Carlo. As a key member of our bar operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining the high standards that our customers expect. Your expertise in mixology and cocktail creation will enable you to develop innovative drinks menus and train our bartenders. You will also play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability through effective inventory management and staff motivation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive drink menus that showcase our signature cocktails and drive sales.
  2. Train and mentor our bartending team to ensure consistent service delivery and excellent customer interaction.
  3. Manage bar inventory effectively to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  4. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs to inform operational decisions.
  5. Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and events.
