Site Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Site Agent to join our team at PSR Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing earthworks packages, providing support to site engineers, and ensuring quality control of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage earthworks packages and ensure timely completion
- Provide support to site engineers and ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Report progress to senior management and provide regular updates
- Produce weekly rolling programmes to track project progress
Requirements:
- Civils and earthworks experience
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS certification
- First Aid training
