Graduate Education Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized graduate to support our teaching team and contribute to the academic growth of students in our secondary schools.

About the Role:

  • Assist teachers with classroom activities, lesson planning, and individualized support
  • Develop and implement engaging learning materials, promoting student engagement and progress
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering social and emotional development
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, building strong relationships

Key Requirements:

  • Recent graduation from a relevant degree program, preferably in education or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • A patient and motivating approach, with a passion for working with young learners
  • Flexibility to work across various year groups and adapt to changing circumstances
  • A commitment to supporting students' diverse needs and promoting inclusivity
