Finitas is seeking a seasoned Compliance Specialist to support a growing insurance broker in their Mergers & Acquisitions department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare for upcoming mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct due diligence on smaller, straightforward deals, collaborating with the Mergers & Acquisitions team, lawyers, and external parties.
  • Support the FCA application process and oversee the integration plan post-completion.
Requirements:
