Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of permanent and temporary staff, ensuring the smooth processing and dispatch of goods, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including processing, palletizing, and completing final paperwork
  • Ensure the accurate and timely dispatch of goods, including coordinating with drivers and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the Duty Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements
  • Counterbalance forklift license
  • Team leader experience or supervisory experience
  • Freight warehouse experience
  • Experience working nights
  • Full 5 years of continuous employment with no gaps of more than 21 days
  • Clean criminal record
  • Own transport
Working Conditions

This is a full-time night shift position, working 7pm-7am, 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Training is provided for the forklift license.
