Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fulfilment Operations Coordinator to join our In-store Fulfilment Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily running of different parts of the fulfilment unit operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in planning and leading daily operations, including picking, packing, unloading, loading, and replenishment of goods/orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the fulfilment unit.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and provide proper training across functions.
  • Supervise daily processes in assigned areas of responsibility, identifying and acting on improvement potentials.
  • Ensure daily routines are followed and goals are achieved as determined by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience and proven performance in retail and/or logistics roles.
  • Proven experience in utilizing technical equipment.
  • Proven record of applying and taking personal initiatives.
  • Computer skills.
  • Experience in planning and improving daily operations.
  • Confident and clear communication in English, both written and verbal.
