Senior Private Client Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Private Client Lawyer to join our team at 2M Legal - Executive Search. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of complex legal matters, including foreign assets and cross-border estate issues, lifetime planning, and inheritance tax advice.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile cases and take on a leadership role in our Private Client department. You will have the chance to work closely with our clients, providing expert advice and guidance on complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a range of complex legal matters, including foreign assets and cross-border estate issues, lifetime planning, and inheritance tax advice
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on complex legal matters
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law
  • Proven expertise in handling a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, LPAs, and Court of Protection issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
