English Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled English Lead to manage staff, ensure a safe working environment, and stay updated on policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Manage staff performance, training, recruitment, and resource allocation.
- Health and Safety: Implement and monitor Health and Safety guidelines, and conduct Risk Assessments.
- Policy Updates: Stay updated on policies, rules, and regulations.
- Customer Feedback: Handle customer feedback and complaints.
- Project Leadership: Lead ad-hoc projects for service development.
- Public Contact: Act as a contact for the public, Funeral Directors, clergy, and contractors.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in team leadership/management.
- Valid Driving Licence: Valid driving licence.
