SEN Teacher Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced SEN teacher to join our team at a reputable SEMH/SEN school group in Devon. This full-time role involves working with students who have special educational needs, including social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.
The successful applicant will work in a supportive, nurturing environment where both staff and students thrive. Key requirements include:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with SEN/SEMH students, ideally within a specialist or mainstream setting.
- Strong understanding of individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
- Ability to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment for students with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and safeguarding policies.
