About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at Kimpton Fitzroy London, a luxury hotel in Central London.

Responsibilities: As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard, ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have 2 years' experience as a Commis Chef in a 4/5* hotel or restaurant, with a City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent. You will also need to be passionate about delivering great service and great food, and be willing to learn new things and work as part of the wider hotel team.
