Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of kitchen staff to achieve outstanding levels of customer satisfaction and quality
- Implement and maintain high standards of kitchen safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through the delivery of exceptional food quality and service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and promote a positive work environment
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous pension contribution, opportunities for career development and training, discounts on food and drink for you and your loved ones, and an employee assistance program.
