Job Title: Child Protection Specialist

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Children's Social Worker to make a significant difference in the lives of children and families.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to work at our family assessment centre in London, where you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and families.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £45,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

As a Social Worker, you will assess the needs of children and families, develop and implement plans to improve their well-being, and work closely with other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from vulnerable children and young people to their families and carers.

Your skills and experience will enable you to make a real impact and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of children and families through home visits, interviews, and review of case files.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to improve the well-being of children and families.
  • Work closely with other professionals, such as teachers, healthcare professionals, and social care staff, to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to families and carers to help them understand and address the needs of their children.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Social Worker with significant experience of working with children and families in a similar role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
