Account Manager in Sales

Our client, a leading recruitment company, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their Industrial team in Norwich. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing Industrial clients and an existing temporary workforce to fill long-term temporary roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Utilize job boards and social media to attract candidates for urgent roles.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Assist the Industrial Team as needed.
- Option to transition into a 360 sales recruitment role.
- Competitive salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per year.
- Bonus scheme, commission pay, performance bonus, quarterly bonus, and yearly bonus.
- Additional leave, casual dress, company events, company pension, cycle to work scheme, flexitime, free parking, and fast promotion prospects.
