Job Title: Senior Consultant - Construction Law Expert

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director or Senior Consultant with a strong background in construction law, dispute resolution, and contentious construction support to join our team in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities within Leeds, utilizing established networks and new business channels.
  • Provide expert strategic advice throughout all stages of the construction project lifecycle.
  • Conduct forensic analysis of tender, contract, and claims documentation.
  • Independently prepare claims for loss and expense, and adjudication documentation.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Expert knowledge of construction law and dispute resolution.
  • MRICS qualified with excellent commercial acumen, strong leadership skills, and motivated to provide significant business growth.
  • MSc or Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Law or similar.
