Unqualified Teaching Assistant for SEN

We are working with an 'Outstanding' 2 Form Entry Primary School in the Borough of Merton, seeking an Unqualified Teaching Assistant for SEN to support children with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with ASD, ADHD, SpLD, and other special educational needs
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation, and provide one-to-one support to students as needed
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children with special needs
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other support staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
