Job Summary:

People Solutions is currently recruiting for a 7.5 Tonne Driver to work with our client based in Cheadle on a temp-perm basis. This role involves delivering furniture and white goods to customers across the North West region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and secure cargo properly

• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

• Maintain accurate records of shipment and mileage

• Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management

Requirements:

• Hold a valid UK Category C1 Driving Licence

• Hold a valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card

• Have a minimum of 12 months experience driving a 7.5 Tonne vehicle

• No more than six penalty points and no major endorsement codes

• Must be able to speak and read good level of English

• Flexibility and availability to work overtime as and when required

Training:

Driving Assessment to be completed before starting
Full training will be provided for this role after successful assessment
