Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining our Costa Express equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair faults in Costa Express equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventative work to ensure equipment reliability
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Adhere to warranty and returns procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and drive loyalty in our partnerships
Requirements:
  • Experience in electrical and/or mechanical engineering, preferably in a field service role
  • Ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment
  • Determination to keep our equipment operating effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work in an organized and agile manner
  • Problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service

Working Pattern:

37.5 hours a week, 1/4 weekends

Remote
