**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Support Administrator to join our team. As a Technical Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our engineering team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and load service orders into our system.
  • Plan and schedule site service visits using our system and Excel.
  • Order spares and parts from suppliers; manage logistics.
  • Communicate with departments on lead times and availability.
  • Assist in managing engineers' van stock.
  • Perform a wide range of administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience within an industrial/engineering environment.
  • Experience with our system or similar systems.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in Engineering/Technical Administration.
  • Able to work on a variety of tasks at one time.
  • Strong verbal, communication, and IT skills.
  • Desire and ability to learn.
  • Good work ethic.
