DT Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DT Technician to support our team in the Lancaster area. The successful candidate will have experience in preparing, setting up, and checking equipment, as well as supporting teaching staff and students during lessons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing, setting up, and checking equipment
  • Supporting teaching staff and students during lessons
  • Organising and storing equipment and checking stock
  • Repairing, maintaining, and modifying equipment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Recent experience of working in a school environment or similar setting
  • Hardworking and flexible, with the ability to use initiative
  • Experience with Health & Safety and cleanliness, and ensuring a safe environment
  • Ability to develop good relationships with children and adults
  • Commitment to Safeguarding
