Mathematics Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate mathematics teacher to join our team in Newport. As a mathematics teacher, you will play a vital role in inspiring and motivating students to reach their full potential in mathematics.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality mathematics lessons to students in key stages 3 and 4.
  • Support and guide students of varying abilities to achieve their learning goals.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, pupils, and colleagues regarding student progress and development.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, providing additional support where necessary.

Requirements:

  • A teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or QTS/NQT.
  • Proven ability to teach mathematics across key stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.
  • Enhanced DBS and registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
