Sprint Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Used Car Sales Executive to join one of our client's sites in the UK. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, building rapport, and presenting our excellent selection of used cars to suit every need and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers on-site and build rapport
- Qualify customer requirements and create opportunities to sell a vehicle
- Conduct test drives and present vehicles to customers
- Process financial documents and ensure smooth sales transactions
- Hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably in the motor trade
- Ability to train and develop into a long and lucrative career in vehicle sales
- Energetic and confident individual with strong negotiation skills
- Good listener with a keen eye for detail
- Motivated and target-driven with excellent people skills
- FCA accredited (after training)
