About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Support Specialist. As a Psychology Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and inclusive education setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with students who have SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and emotional difficulties
  • Support students 1:1 and in small groups to enhance their social, emotional, and academic progress
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop personalized learning plans and adapt lessons for SEN students
  • Make a real impact on students' lives by helping them overcome barriers to learning
Requirements
  • Minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN
  • Enthusiasm for supporting students with complex needs in their learning journey
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to inclusive education
