Mechanical Project Manager

Are you a talented Mechanical Project Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity to showcase your skills? Our dynamic and well-established M&E company is seeking a sharp PM to join our team and make an immediate impact. With 15 successful years in business and £40M in annual turnover, we specialise in delivering top-notch mechanical and electrical services for both fit out and shell and core projects, on a design & build as well as traditional contract basis.

Responsibilities

As our new Mechanical Project Manager, you'll dive right in, taking the reins on a 265 unit development in west London that's nearing the critical commissioning phase and slated to wrap up in February. Your next challenge will be overseeing a £7M, 100 unit mechanical package kicking off early next year for our client Hills. This is the perfect project to demonstrate your project management prowess and technical expertise with HVAC systems including air handling units, VRV systems, commercial plant rooms, district heating, laterals and risers.

Qualifications

We're looking for a detail-oriented leader, clear communicator, and creative problem-solver who can keep our projects humming along smoothly through expert planning and coordination. If you're a mechanical engineering pro eager to join a company with diverse projects up to £25M in scope and ample room for career growth, we want to hear from you.
