Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Installation Project Manager to join our team based in London or Glasgow on a contract basis initially. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Installation Manager with inter-array cables experience.

The Senior Installation Project Manager shall be responsible for the design and management of the Transportation and Installation (T&I) elements of the inter array cables package for the East Anglia 1 North project. This involves developing and implementing a package engineering plan, managing internal and external services or resources, and ensuring compliance with the project's Interface Management Plan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a package engineering plan(s) and manage any internal and external services or resources required to deliver the tasks identified within the engineering plan.
  • Develop and implement a T&I Management Plan and manage any internal and external services or resources required to deliver the activities defined within this plan.
  • Coordinate all package specific interface tasks required to ensure compliance with the requirements of the project's Interface Management Plan.
  • Manage the CVA approval process for T&I.
  • Implement and manage an effective communication protocol, information sharing and document review process between the package management team, the Contractor, any Related Works Contractors, the Marine Warranty Surveyor and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in installation management, particularly with inter-array cables.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement plans, manage resources, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
