Care Leadership Professional

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Staines.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role and be willing to undertake CQC registration.
A Level 5 in Health & Social Care and experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours are also essential.
This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life of people we support and has the right values to join our management team.
As a Registered Service Manager, you will manage the day-to-day running of the service(s), develop and implement person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, and recruit new colleagues.
You will also complete supervisions/appraisals, medication competencies and audits, attend multi-disciplinary meetings, and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
