About the Opportunity

Spirehouse Recruitment Limited is supporting a leading Housing Association in the West Midlands, seeking an experienced Housing Support Specialist on a permanent basis with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing housing-related support to vulnerable individuals, helping them achieve independent living
  • Delivering excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
  • Offering guidance on welfare and benefits, as well as universal credit
Requirements:
  • A strong background in social housing, along with experience in performing housing management duties
  • A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Previous experience working with vulnerable client groups
What We Offer:
  • An estimated annual salary of £24,500 (equivalent to £15.00 per hour via umbrella)
  • A 37-hour full-time working pattern
