We're on a mission to be a best-in-class function, and to achieve this, we need exceptional people like you. As a Segment Lead, you'll be responsible for reviewing and proposing pricing changes to our portfolio from a segment perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends to ensure emerging risks are reflected in pricing and underwriting
  • Monitor our competitiveness by rating factor and customer segments to manage risk of selection and find growth opportunities
  • Review our claims costs by rating factor and customer segment to ensure our risk cost for motor policies are accurate
  • Responsibility for underwriting footprint

What We're Looking For

We're keen to meet enthusiastic, passionate, and curious individuals with a background in pricing or underwriting. You'll need to have demonstrable experience of making pricing adjustments and be comfortable with underwriting, taking action on a portfolio based on footprint.
