About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic Architectural Design Team at Michael Dyson Associates Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stage 2 to 6 on new build and refurbishment residential schemes
  • Develop 3D Revit models for concept design to construction issue information
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, producing working drawings/specifications and checking/amending similar work drafted by others
  • Produce planning, building control, and construction issue drawings
  • Attend client meetings and site visits, providing technical advice when required
Requirements
  • Residential/Housing experience
  • Desirable: high-rise/refurbishments experience, Design & Build Contracts experience, AutoCad knowledge, Revit experience
  • Proven experience in a Design Office, strong technical ability in all forms of construction, experience in Building and Planning regulations/procedures
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and written articulation skills, personal presence, and well-developed leadership skills
