Deputy Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Coben Healthcare. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our Nursing Home, delivering specialist care and nursing services to our residents.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Home Manager in providing high-quality nursing and care support to our residents.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based individualised care packages, therapeutic interventions, and individualised activity programmes.
  • Lead and supervise the support and nursing teams to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care.
  • Familiarity with areas concerning sickness management, staff training and development, and coaching and mentoring.
  • Understanding the disabilities, health, and social care needs of service users and assisting those who have mobility or continence needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience of supporting the elderly.
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager.
  • QCF Level 3 or above.
