Aerospace Quality Assurance Specialist Position Summary
">We are seeking a skilled quality auditor to join our team on a short-term contract basis in Cambridge.
">Job Description:
">As an Aerospace Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting independent audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Your duties will include:
">- ">
- Conducting product/process, capability and patrol/sample audits to verify standard of work, planning, certification, health and safety, and environmental compliance.">
- Investigating quality failures, identifying trends, and monitoring containment and corrective actions.">
- Liaising with customer representatives and assisting production departments with quality matters.">
- Processing applications for personnel approvals prior to submission to the Head of Quality.">
Requirements and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of AS9100 and knowledge of manufacturing and engineering systems and processes, ideally in aerospace or highly regulated industries. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate audit findings are also essential.
">The estimated salary for this position is £45-£55 per hour (Umbrella rates), depending on experience and qualifications.
