Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part Time Clerical Assistant to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Part Time Clerical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and clients, including answering telephone calls, taking messages, and undertaking data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to our staff and clients
  • To answer telephone calls and take messages in a courteous and professional manner
  • To undertake data entry and uploading of documents to our client management system(s)
  • To provide clinical administration support, including liaison with partner services and referrers

Requirements:

  • GCSE levels or equivalent in English and Mathematics
  • Experience in general clerical/admin and reception duties working with the public
  • Proven experience of entering data into databases and spreadsheets
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
