Corporate Solicitor - Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Solicitor to join our client's national law firm. As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including public and private UK and international companies and their owners.

Your responsibilities will involve assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt funding, and general corporate structuring. You will also have the opportunity to participate in business development activities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our client's well-regarded practice.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate law
  • A track record of making an immediate impact and a desire to progress your career within corporate law
