The Distribution Centre Maintenance Manager position at NEXT offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and take ownership of maintaining and improving the efficiency of warehouse systems. Reporting to the Operations Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless material flow and resolving any system-related issues that may arise.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of warehouse systems and be able to troubleshoot problems quickly. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with the maintenance team are also essential. Experience working in a similar industry or with SCADA systems would be beneficial. Additionally, the candidate should be self-motivated, computer literate, and willing to learn and adapt to new technologies. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £14.20 per hour (based on 42 hours per week average), plus a bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
