Car Benefit Solutions Graduate Business Analyst Role

At Car Benefit Solutions, we are seeking a talented Graduate Business Analyst to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their skills in business analysis and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate business problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and credibility.
  • Communicate requirements with the business, users, and development team to ensure requirements are reflective of business needs.
  • Support business staff in testing business and IT changes to ensure acceptability.
  • Plan, document, and deliver training to staff on new functionality or changes to existing functionality.
Requirements
  • Degree educated to 2:1 or above in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal guidance.
