About the Role
The role of an SEN Teaching Assistant at our specialist school in Hillingdon offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of autistic students. As a key member of our dedicated team, you will be supporting children aged 5-11 with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver tailored support for children with Autism and/or Severe Learning Difficulties, helping them reach their maximum potential.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment to support each child's journey towards a happy and independent life.
- Implement individualised learning plans and track progress.

**Requirements:**
- Experiencing working with students with Autism and/or Severe Learning Difficulties (preferably in a school setting).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- A proactive, patient, and nurturing approach.
