About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a key member of our design consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve design processes and outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in design consultancy.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, and InfoDrainage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
