Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in Benfleet. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and coordination of customer projects, as well as providing on-site services to our clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide project engineering support and coordination of specified customer projects or orders.
  • Provide office-based technical support and on-site services to our clients worldwide.
  • Use knowledge of PLC's, HMI software, and SCADA systems to provide in-house programming and fault finding.
  • Liaise with design draughtsman, project engineers, and electrical workshops in all aspects of our electrical/electronic engineering activities.
  • Develop and maintain electrical designs, specifications, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of electrical engineering processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • ONC level or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of PLC's, HMI software, and SCADA systems.
  • Understanding of Eplan and AutoCAD based software.
  • Electrical design, manufacture, installation, or maintenance background.
  • Ability to travel worldwide.
  • British or EU passport.
