Information Coordinator

Ryder Reid Legal, a renowned recruitment specialist with over 25 years of experience connecting legal talent with top law firms in London and internationally, is currently seeking an Information Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office.
This unique opportunity combines secretarial and knowledge management duties, providing the ideal candidate with a chance to thrive in a diverse position within one of London's largest law firms.
The successful Information Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to allocated partners, including travel arrangements, diary management, and assisting the Document Production team.
- Coordinating training sessions for practice groups.
- Heavy use of the firm's SharePoint platform.
- Liaising closely with the Learning & Development team regarding knowledge matters.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 3-5 years of recent secretarial experience.
- A background in knowledge management preferred.
- A proactive work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
The salary range for this position is approximately £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
