Senior Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Manager to join our team in Weston-Super-Mare. As a Senior Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of audit engagements to a portfolio of large, high-value clients across a broad range of business sectors.
You will oversee junior staff, reviewing their work and providing constructive mentorship. You will work closely with the Audit Partner to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met. Additionally, you will support the firm's business growth by maintaining relationships with key contacts and building a prospective network.
The ideal candidate will have ACA or ACCA qualification with previous experience managing audit clients. You will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be self-motivated and reliable. You will also have a drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team and be confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency.
We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 to £100,000 per annum, full-time, permanent role, company pension, generous annual leave, hybrid working options, a supportive working environment, professional development opportunities, modern office, and social activities.
