About the Role:



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our team in Nottinghamshire. As an EYFS specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of young learners and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Teach engaging and inclusive lessons to EYFS students in line with the national curriculum
  • Collaborate with the EYFS teaching team to plan and deliver effective learning experiences
  • Develop and maintain a stimulating and supportive classroom environment
  • Assess and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support
  • Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity within the classroom and school community


Requirements:



To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in Early Years settings
  • A deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis
  • An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply)


What We Offer:



We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from £25,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes:




  • A Monday-to-Friday schedule with flexible days and hours to suit your availability
  • A long-term contract with the option to extend or 'as and when'
