Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £20.70 per hour, with enhanced rates for bank holidays and Christmas/New Year shifts. Additionally, you will receive guaranteed hours, holiday pay, and access to our pension scheme.
Job Description
As a Care Assistant at Cera Care, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients in their homes. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, managing medications, and cooking or preparing hot meals. You will also provide companionship and reassurance to our clients, helping to maintain their independence and dignity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. You will also need to have a DBS check and the right to work in the UK. A caring and compassionate nature is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
