Customer Relations Executive Job Description
We are working with a family-run business in Cowley who are looking to recruit a driven and passionate Customer Relations Executive to join their small team.
As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and promoting and selling services to new and existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role and sales experience is preferable, but not essential. You must be eager to learn and have the ability to manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for prospects and follow up
- Establish strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction
- Attend networking events to spread brand awareness
- Promote and sell services to new and existing clients
- Record all correspondence and sales on bespoke company CRM
- Work towards key performance indicators to drive sales activity
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Sales experience is preferable, but not essential
- Eager to learn
- Ability to manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
