Main Duties- Work collaboratively with colleagues across primary and secondary care to identify, plan, and embed new innovative pharmacy services to support patients throughout their journey.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience, working closely with the specialist team to achieve mutual shared outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture, promoting a 'can do' attitude and a commitment to professional development.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health pharmacy practice, applying this knowledge to inform service development and improvement.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in pharmacy practice, preferably with experience in mental health. A desire to learn, educate others, and promote a positive attitude is essential. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential.
