Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Renal Nurse to join our team in Gloucester. As a Renal Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and overseeing care plans, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for renal patients
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including pre and post-haemodialysis care
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care
  • Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely recording of clinical activities
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills

Requirements

  • NMC Registered General Nurse
  • Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care
  • Excellent English communication skills
