Talent Finder is a vibrant community in Cornwall seeking a Youth Pastor to lead and develop dynamic ministries for children, youth, and families. This exciting full-time role offers a competitive salary range of £30,000-£34,000, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a key member of the staff, you will be responsible for creating opportunities for spiritual growth and meaningful relationships among children, youth, and families. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sharing the gospel and supporting others in their faith journey, as well as proven experience in children, youth, or family ministry.

The successful applicant will also possess strong leadership skills, a creative approach to outreach and discipleship, and a good understanding of safeguarding policies. Additionally, they should have a good level of biblical knowledge and be committed to planning and delivering engaging activities, outreach events, and discipleship programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop dynamic ministries for children, youth, and families
  • Create opportunities for spiritual growth and meaningful relationships
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities, outreach events, and discipleship programs
  • Equip parents and carers to nurture faith at home
  • Recruit, train, and support a team of passionate volunteers
  • Manage safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all
