Job Title: Ultrasound Technician

Location: Field based, covering the UK.

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can carry out preventative maintenance across the UK, evaluate and fault-find ultrasound transducers, and provide expert advice to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a full, clean driving licence and be willing to stay overnight to meet client requirements.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Carry out preventative maintenance of ultrasound equipment across the UK.
  3. Evaluate and fault-find ultrasound transducers, ensuring prompt resolution to prevent downtime.
  4. Provide expert advice and support to internal and external customers, delivering high-quality service.
  5. Produce administrative reports of maintenance activities, providing transparency and accountability.
  6. Support the service engineers with ad-hoc service repairs, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  7. Maintain and develop relationships with customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
  8. Review and update Maintenance Schedule, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  9. Ensure adherence to Company Health and Safety Policy, promoting a safe working environment.
