Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and Unloading: Ensure the safe and secure loading and unloading of vehicles, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Route Planning: Plan and optimize routes on a daily basis to ensure efficient delivery and collection of goods.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by maintaining regular contact with the transport team and managing customer expectations.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, adhering to maintenance schedules and reporting any issues promptly.
  • Compliance: Hold a valid UK Class 2 C Driving Licence, a current DCPC Card, and a Digital Tachograph Driver Card.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Must hold a UK Class 2 C Driving Licence and a current DCPC Card.
  • Skills: Be passionate about providing excellent customer service, work well under pressure, and have good geographical knowledge.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
