The Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in recruitment, with a realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Job Description
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND CANDIDATES
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with recruitment software
