Residential Conveyancing Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our dynamic team at The Ten Percent Group. As a key member of our property law team, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, providing exceptional client service, and working closely with our clients, fee earners, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opening and managing residential conveyancing files
  • Supervising and handling a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
  • Liaising with clients, fee earners, and other relevant parties to keep all parties updated and informed
  • Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry
  • Dealing with requests from the Land Registry
  • Arranging pre-completion searches
  • Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
  • Keeping accurate records and providing administrative support as needed
Requirements:
  • Solid knowledge of the residential conveyancing process from start to finish
  • At least 12 months experience working in a residential conveyancing department
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
