Job Opportunity

James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a talented Junior Commercial Business Partner to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the private sector, with a strong focus on stakeholder relationships and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Working with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development
  • Completing talent reviews with stakeholders, agreeing actions and proactively monitoring progress
  • Dealing with succession planning for key roles and maintaining a focus on colleague engagement
  • Supporting with upskilling of managers and managing employee relations cases
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar generalist HR/People role
  • Proven experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases
  • Confidence working with data
